Serving Joy in Every Time Zone

Soraya Vivian

An LGBTQ+ ally and headline performer at more than 100 global Pride events, Soraya has been singing on stages since age 11. She landed a record deal with All Around the World Records before becoming a beloved fixture on the international LGBTQ+ circuit, including 11 consecutive years at Winter Pride in Maspalomas. An HIV advocate and performer of the Ukrainian Pride anthem, Soraya knows that the most powerful Pride stories are about survival, resilience—and joy.

Tara McDonald

LGBTQ+ ally and official ambassador for Amsterdam WorldPride 2026, singer-songwriter Tara McDonald has spent decades using her voice where it matters most. With seven #1 singles across multiple charts and platinum, gold, and silver certifications in 27 countries, her legacy speaks for itself—and so do her Pride credentials. From serving as La Marraine (godmother) of Paris Pride 2014 and EuroPride Ambassador 2016 to recording WorldPride 2026’s official anthem, “You’re The Voice,” Tara doesn’t just show up for the community—she lifts it up.

David Sexton

David Sexton is a writer, producer, and activist based in Miami Beach. He has worked for Marvel Comics, writing and shaping  projects like Mystic Arcana and The Marvel Tarot; co-created the way-gay holiday musical It’s a Fabulous Life; and as Events Manager for the SAVE Foundation, turned connection into an art form. David is also a current partner in La Poubelle Cabaret & Piano Bar, Miami’s “hottest new music venue,” according to TIME OUT magazine. He believes deeply in the power of art and music to create community.

Conleth Kane

Crowned “Entertainer of the Year” at the 2024 GNI Awards and host of the 2025 ceremony, Conleth Kane is an award-winning singer, songwriter, and public speaker from Northern Ireland. His anthem “Proud” earned acclaim from Diva Magazine and Out News Global, and his 2026 Erasure-inspired EP—backed by Erasure’s own Andy Bell — sold out London’s Royal Vauxhall Tavern. From Pride stages across the UK and Europe to the London Stock Exchange, when Conleth performs, the world listens.

Jono Kitchens

Jono Kitchens (also known in the drag world as Joan Oh) is a prominent international drag queen, choreographer, and dancer based in Barcelona. Originally from the UK, they are the founder of PLUMA, a famous inclusive, diverse queer party and drag collective in the city.

Jason Ess

Our East Coast Ambassador Jason Schell is proof that social wizards make the strongest storytellers. A retail and design mastermind, he conceptualized the Big Gay Swap Meet: a Pride Week pop-up at a major NYC department store featuring LGBTQ+ designers like Nasty Pig. A comedian who has performed at Gotham Comedy Club and Night of a Thousand Stevies, and a longtime supporter of Cheer New York, Jason doesn’t just work the room—he owns it.

Muffy Vanderbilt III

Known as the Theme Queen of the South, Muffy Vanderbilt III brings over 20 years of theatre and six years of drag to every stage she graces. A Miss Gay Houston America titleholder and reigning Miss New Orleans Comedy Queen 2025, she’s toured nationally with FlipPhone events and appeared on the drag reality series “Camp Wannakiki.” Former Radio Disney Houston host and Broadway touring veteran, Muffy doesn’t just perform—she transforms.

Our other influencers hail from Houston, Baltimore, and Berlin. Watch this space for more name drops.

International Partners

Pillars of Change Media, Soraya, and Horlock House partnered on Pride This Way, a globe-trotting LGBTQ+ podcast to bring listeners closer to Pride celebrations around the world. The triple threat team share a common thread: giving back to communities in need by producing content that funds change.

Horlock House

Jack Horlock, Executive

When you open the door to Horlock House, you’ll meet Jack Horlock: cultural ambassador, inclusion innovator, and one of the LGBTQ+ community’s most authentic advocates. His vision doesn’t just open new doors—it builds better spaces where brands and communities truly connect.

As a founding member of the Brighton & Hove Pride Partnerships team, Jack spent a decade helping shape one of the UK’s largest Pride events into a global force for good. Under his leadership, partnerships generated more than £1.4 million for the Rainbow Fund—proving that purpose and profit can go hand in hand.

Under his leadership, partnerships generated more than £1.4 million for the Rainbow Fund—proving that purpose and profit can go hand in hand.

Through Horlock House, Jack has brought together some of the world’s most recognized brands to stand with Pride—including Coca-Cola, Heineken, L’Oréal, BMW, Domino’s, Unilever, and Jean Paul Gaultier, to name just a few.

But the magic doesn’t stop in Brighton. Horlock House now collaborates with Pride events across the UK and Europe, curating brand partnerships and booking top music talent. This grassroots expansion even sparked an in-house talent agency—representing artists and influencers who walk the walk when it comes to supporting the community. We are proud to work side by side with Jack on Pride This Way podcast.

Pride This Way Tour ends at Maspalomas Winter Pride in November 2026

How we give back

Pay-It-Foward Program

We fund change around the world with Pay-It-Forward Program donations.

Pillars of Change Media produces content that doesn’t just tell stories—it funds change. A defined percentage of every project’s profit is donated directly to victims or to vetted nonprofits connected to that pillar’s cause, so when audiences engage with our work, they also help resource the people and organizations on the front lines.
